— and the kit
01
Coaching Experience
Over more than two decades, Brian has coached complete beginners, county pathway players, academy cricketers, and professional players. That range means sessions are always pitched at the right level — whether a player is picking up a bat for the first time or preparing for the next step in their career.
02
Coaching Philosophy
Brian's coaching is built on performance, confidence, identity, and community. Players develop best when they feel supported, understand what they are working on, and enjoy being part of a team.
03
Player Development Approach
Having worked across every stage of the pathway, Brian focuses on helping each player take clear, achievable steps forward — building sound technique, match awareness, and the confidence to perform when it matters.

Where Coaching Meets Sportswear
Brian's work in sportswear comes from the same commitment to performance, confidence, identity, and community that drives his coaching. He is currently working in Kent, where he continues to support players, clubs, and teams through his experience in sport and coaching.
About Sports UK creates affordable, professional apparel that helps clubs look united and can support additional revenue through team kit sales — kit chosen by someone who understands what players need on the field.
